Once we have received your order we will send you a payment confirmation and a separate order confirmation by email with details of a delivery date if we have one available or an estimated delivery if we don’t.
Where delivery dates are given, these are estimates and as third party carriers are used to ship items we cannot make any guarantees.
Please check your order details carefully for accuracy so any mistakes can be rectified as soon as possible thus avoiding disappointment and unnecessary delays to your delivery.
As we work with different manufacturers and different delivery companies, we do not have an on-line tracking system available as yet. We currently deliver to the whole of mainland UK only. For all orders that do not qualify for free delivery under current promotions/offers, we will deliver to any address in zone one for just £35 per order. View map. For delivery to addresses on the mainland outside zone one, the delivery charge is £50.
Some of our products are made to order and many of our suppliers are located in other parts of Europe, this enables us to provide a large choice of colours, styles and finishes. Your furniture will be scheduled for the earliest available delivery date. We’ll advise you of an estimated date when we confirm your order and a more precise idea of the date as soon as we have one and will always advise you of our intended delivery date in advance so you can make the necessary arrangements to receive your order.
On delivery the driver will ask you to sign a form to say that the order was received in good condition. Before you sign, check the packaging and state any obvious signs of damage on the form.
Many of our items are designed for self-assembly. Full instructions are provided and no special tools are required. Please do not dispose of the packaging until you are certain that you are happy with your order, as you will need it to repack any items you wish to return. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before you start to assemble any items as doing so will breach the duty you have under the distance selling regulations to take reasonable care of the items and may mean you are liable for full cost of the items.
The same responsibility falls on you if you opt for our assembly service. Please check you are happy with the quality and colours of all components before instructing our fitters to commence assembly, as doing so will breach the duty you have under the distance selling regulations to take reasonable care of the items and may mean you are liable for full cost of the items.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order in writing (email acceptable) at any time for a full refund upto 7 days after you have received your order. If you have received your order please note you have a duty under the regulations to take reasonable care of items until they are returned to us. Any items damaged in transit arranged by yourself will not be accepted.
You may notify us in writing (email acceptable) up to seven days after taking delivery to arrange collection of any unwanted items.
Please ensure all the items are packed in the original packaging. Please contact us to confirm a return delivery address for your particular item. Please enclose your order details and take out appropriate insurance to cover against loss damage in transit by your delivery company as you will be responsible for taking reasonable care of the items until we receive them. If you would like us to arrange collection of larger items on your behalf, we will make a charge of between £50 and £115 plus vat to cover our costs. The returned items will be checked at our warehouse for damages. We will refund the cost of all complete, undamaged items less the collection cost within 30 days. Items damaged in transit arranged by yourself will not be accepted.
Please do not dispose of original packaging or begin to assemble your furniture until you are satisfied that you are happy with your purchase, as doing so will breach the duty you have under the distance selling regulations to take reasonable care of the items.
If an item is faulty you may order replacement parts free of charge or ask us to collect the faulty items for a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
