A deposit of 20% is payable at the time of ordering.
The balance of payment is due no less than two working days before delivery (seven days if paying by cheque).
Unless you instruct us otherwise or have paid your deposit by cheque, we will debit the balance due from your card on the date the balance is due. We will advise you of this date in advance.
If payment is not received by the date due, your delivery will be cancelled and rescheduled for the next available date.
If you wish to delay delivery, we will store your order free of charge for up to three months, the balance of payment will be due four weeks from the date your order became available for delivery.
We deliver to any address in zone one for just £25 per order. View map. For delivery elsewhere, please ask us for a quotation.
Most of our products are made to order, this enables us to provide a larger choice of colours, styles and finishes. Your furniture will be scheduled for the earliest available delivery date. We’ll advise you of the date about two weeks in advance, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to rearrange.
We aim to deliver all orders within eight weeks, but occasionally take slightly longer.
If you require delivery by a guaranteed date, a birthday for instance, please ask us to confirm this at the time of ordering.
On delivery the driver will ask you to sign a form to say that the order was received in good condition. Before you sign, check the packaging and state any obvious signs of damage on the form.
Many of our items are designed for self-assembly. Full instructions are provided and no special tools are required. Please do not dispose of the packaging until you are certain that you are happy with your order, as you will need it to repack any items you wish to return.
You may call us up to seven days after taking delivery to arrange collection of any unwanted items.
Please ensure all the items are packed in the original packaging. The returned items will be checked at our warehouse. We will refund the cost of all cpmplete, undamaged items less a £25 collection charge within 3 working days. The original delivery charge is not refundable.
Please do not begin to assemble your furniture until you are satisfied that you are happy with your purchase, as we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been assembled.
If an item is faulty you may order replacement parts free of charge or ask us to collect the faulty items for an exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
