Our Room to Grow guarantee for beds and furniture products is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Room to Grow guarantee to repair or replace any part of a bed or furniture item that is deemed to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacture for a period of 2 years, even if this is in excess of the manufacturer’s guarantee.
Some of our manufacturer’s may offer an extended guarantee, please refer to the manufacturer’s guarantee provided with the products.
We cannot cover excessive wear and tear or circumstances where care instructions have not been followed. We do not cover accidental damage that has occurred after our delivery team have left your property (please check your products and report any damages within 3 days of receipt).
Please note: any manufacturer’s guarantee that you may receive with a Product we supply to you is in addition to your legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described, see our terms and conditions.
