We currently only deliver to Mainland UK addresses, we are unable to deliver to Channel Islands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Standard delivery is charged as follows:
Accessories (including bedding, teepees & toys) £3.95.
Beds, Mattresses & Furniture £9.95.
If you order both accessories and a large item, you will only be charged for the large item delivery.
Additional delivery surcharges may apply to the following postcodes for larger items:
• PA1 – PA19, FK, KY, DD, G, EH , TD, DG, KA, ML, TR, PL – £30 surcharge
• IV1-6, IV12,13, IV30-32, IV36, PH1 – 26, AB, – £35 surcharge
• IV7-11, IV14-28, IV40-49, IV51-54, IV63, KW, PH31-40, PH49-50, PA20+ – £75 surcharge
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:
• BT, HS, IV55-56, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60, PA61, PA77-78, PH41-44, ZE, IM, TR21-25, PO30-41, JE, GY

You will be advised of any changes in delivery costs before your order is confirmed. Some of our products are made to order and our suppliers are located worldwide, enabling us to provide a large choice of colours, styles and finishes. Your furniture will be scheduled for the earliest available delivery date and where possible we will deliver items together.
Delivery details for each product are shown in the delivery tab on the product page. We will advise you of an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order.
Before buying your furniture it’s important that you consider the access to your room, space to build the furniture and of course whether it will fit in the space allocated. We advise you measure the area where you plan to place the item. You can use masking tape, string or newspaper to mark out the footprint and help you visualise how much floor space it will take up.
On delivery the driver will ask you to sign a form to say that the order was received in good condition. If there is any major damage to the packaging or visible damage to your furniture please refuse the item. If there is minor damage to the box, please mark it on the paperwork before signing. Please also check you have received all items on the delivery note before signing and adjust the numbers if necessary.
Many of our items are designed for self-assembly. Full instructions are provided and no special tools are required. Your assembly instructions should be found in one of the boxes, please read carefully before starting assembly. If you have any concerns or you are unable to locate your instructions, please contact our Product Specialist team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please check you are happy with the colour, finish and quality before commencing assembly as any change of heart will result in a deduction in refund for ‘unreasonable handling’.
We offer a Home Assembly service on many of our products and if home assembly is available this will be stated in the Product Information for you to include when you purchase your goods. Please check you are happy with the quality and colours of all components before instructing our fitters to commence assembly, as once the items are assembled and if you change your mind and wish to return them, there will be a deduction in refund for any loss in value of the product caused by ‘unnecessary handling’.
If you have arranged for Home Assembly and subsequently change your mind, please advise within 48 hours of the assembly date to cancel, otherwise the fitters time will still be charged.
Similarly, if the fitters arrive at your premises and the room is not cleared or the products will not fit in the designated room, the fitters time will still be charged.
If you have selected Home Assembly from our third party assembly team, Screwdriver, we are currently unable to offer assembly in Scotland, Highlands or Islands.
Mattresses: Please do not remove any packaging from any mattress until you are satisfied with your purchase. We cannot accept any returns of unpacked mattresses, for hygiene reasons, unless the mattress is faulty.
If you arrange for your own fitters to assemble your furniture, please do not book your team until you have received the furniture and checked the contents.
