The Eikko moisture management dual core mattress grows with your child and provides great support. It offers four different sleeping options with its reversible core and cover, so you can always find the best fit for a good night’s sleep.

One side is made for babies with a firm coir layer, while the other side is for toddlers with pocket springs. The Tencel top helps manage moisture and humidity. The cover is removable and can be washed at 60º. There is also a water-resistant PU panel for extra comfort.

Suitable from birth, one side helps with muscle and bone growth using coconut coir combined with natural latex for a springy feel. It’s topped with soft lambswool that keeps your child comfy and is hypoallergenic. The other side has pocket springs in durable foam for better support of your toddler’s back, neck, and head, promoting good posture.

The Tencel fabric on the cover allows air to flow, keeping your child cool. You can easily take off this top panel without removing the mattress to access a soft, breathable, and waterproof polyurethane panel that protects from accidents. The other side of the cover is made from strong knitted polyester that resists spills. The entire cover is antibacterial, antifungal, and can be washed to keep it clean and fresh for nap time. There’s also a removable, water-resistant inner cover for extra convenience.
