The Eikko moisture management dual core mattress is designed to adapt as your child grows, providing excellent support. It offers four sleeping options with its reversible core and cover, allowing you to choose the best combination for a great night’s sleep.

One side has coir for babies, while the other features pocket springs for toddlers. The top panel is made from Tencel, enhancing moisture and humidity control. The cover is removable and washable at 60ºC, and there’s also a water-resistant, air-permeable polyurethane panel that can be used as a sleeping surface.

Suitable from birth, one side of the mattress is firm, which helps with muscle and bone development. It features a core made of coconut coir bonded with natural latex for a resilient and breathable feel, topped with soft lambswool for comfort and moisture regulation, and it is hypoallergenic. As your child grows, the mattress can be flipped to reveal the pocket spring side encased in high-grade nursery foam, providing added support for your child’s back, neck, and head, encouraging proper posture.

One side of the reversible cover has a Tencel fabric panel that is highly breathable, promoting airflow and wicking moisture away from your child, keeping them cool. This top panel can be easily removed without taking the mattress out of the cot, revealing a polyurethane sleeping surface that is soft, breathable, quick to adjust to body temperature, and waterproof, safeguarding against accidents. The other side of the cover is made from durable, breathable knitted polyester that is also splash-resistant. The entire cover is antibacterial, antifungal, anti-dust mite, and fully removable and washable at 60ºC, helping to keep it fresh for your child’s sleep. Additionally, there’s a removable, water-resistant inner cover that can serve as a third sleeping surface while the outer cover is being washed, making it an ideal choice for a good night’s sleep.
