Overview

A slick room set that includes a white midsleeper with pull out desk and 2 + 3 chest of drawers. A great way to optimise space in any bedroom. The bed can also split down to a standard single bed if required at any time in the future. As part of the Solitaire building system you can convert to a bunk or high sleeper with the addition of a building kit, just call our team for more information. This product is designed for Self Assembly. All products are supplied with clear and user friendly instructions.

TOP TIP- When assembling this bed, use the instructions from the mid sleeper extension kit.

	Service rating : Initial contact about my order was excellent. There were issues with the first delivery and a box was missing. This was quickly resolved. However, on opening the packages, having arranged for someone to come and assemble the bed,the parts received were for two different items (one box white the other whitewashed )so we were unable to complete the job. Although the box was replaced quickly I was a little disappointed in the response I received. Although I agree the company satisfied their terms and conditions, which I was referred to, sometimes a little gesture ie perhaps a small gift voucher might be the appropriate response. Especially to compensate for all our time spent chasing up the replacement and having to be at home for deliveries. 	Service rating : Good, quick delivery. Product : Seems well made and sturdy. Good bed height. Instructions were a little confusing as there are two sets and you need to cross refer but we hadn't noticed 2nd booklet until a bit late. Wasn't too difficult though. 	Service rating : Product : Lovely bed, however, the frame is slightly damaged in two places. To return we would have to dismantle though. There is a split in the wood at the end of the bed and also a splinter in the frame. RTG’s reply: Thank you for taking time to leave your review.
