We currently deliver to any address in Mainland UK for £35 per order (free delivery on orders over £500, some special offers and some smaller accessories have delivery included, please check the product information). For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands (postcode areas KY, KW, IV, PH, PA, AB, DD) a surcharge may be added and will be calculated on an individual basis. You will be advised of any changes in delivery costs before your order is confirmed. Some of our products are made to order and many of our suppliers are located in other parts of Europe, this enables us to provide a large choice of colours, styles and finishes. Your furniture will be scheduled for the earliest available delivery date. We will advise you of an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order.
On delivery the driver will ask you to sign a form to say that the order was received in good condition. Before you sign, check the packaging and state any obvious signs of damage on the form.
Many of our items are designed for self-assembly. Full instructions are provided and no special tools are required. Your assembly instructions should be found in one of the boxes, please read carefully before starting assembly. If you have any concerns or you are unable to locate your instructions, please contact our customer services team on 0333 006 3096.
Please check you are happy with the colour, finish and quality before commencing assembly as any change of heart will result in a deduction in refund for ‘unreasonable handling’.
We offer a Home Assembly service on many of our products and if home assembly is available this will be stated in the Product Information for you to include when you purchase your goods. Please check you are happy with the quality and colours of all components before instructing our fitters to commence assembly, as once the items are assembled and if you change your mind and wish to return them, there will be a deduction in refund for any loss in value of the product caused by ‘unnecessary handling’.
Mattresses: Please do not remove any packaging from any mattress until you are satisfied with the quality and that the mattress fits the required bed. We cannot accept any returns of unpacked mattresses, unless the mattress is faulty.
