What is a small double bed?
A small double bed is a slightly narrower version of the standard double bed and is often referred to as a three-quarter or queen size bed. It’s a great middle-ground between a traditional single bed & a double bed and a handy choice if you are looking for a bed that has ample sleeping space but doesn’t take up too much space in a bedroom. A small double bed can act as a vital stepping stone to a traditional double bed; it is great to give a child more space whilst not having to commit to the size of a double.
