	The tam tam bunks are great and as described. Instructions are not the best and need plenty of room to assemble but can be built in 3-4hrs. Nice and sturdy once built. Easier with 2 people. Our girls love the shelfs So they still have their own space. I also added some lights which look good. 	Great product - had lots of comments saying how impressed people are with this bunk bed. I purposefully chose it because my boys used to line the side of their bed with toys, that constantly fell down the back. The shelves are brilliant! 	Service rating : Room To Grow seems to be an excellent website to buy furniture from but they use a different company to dispatch their goods and these are the people I ended up dealing with most. In my case, everything would have went very well if only I could have accepted the first delivery date they offered but, when I explained I would not be available it became a real problem to organise a new delivery slot. For example, I rang to reorganise my delivery time and was told they would check their routes and get back to me. One whole week later, they still hadn't rang back and I had to call again - they did not say as much but it was quite clear they had forgotten about my order. So, I am rating Room To Grow as "Good" and not "Excellent" because of the delivery company they use. Product : Other reviewers mentioned how difficult this bed was to put together and I see their point. The bed is delivered in a number of boxes, each box has a label, and on that label is a group of circled numbers. There is no obvious explanation to what these numbers mean but it is actually the list of pieces in that particular box. So, if you're looking pieces 1 and 7 to begin with, you don't have to open every single box and measure every single piece to find 1 and 7. Once I caught on to that, it was much less daunting. The finished product is sturdy and looks good except the coloured panels are a little scuffed. My children love it, especially with the shelves to hold their books and treasures.
